About
Ruko's General Contracting, Inc. is a state-certified general contractor based in New Port Richey, Florida. Since 2000 we have focused on interior remodeling, with bathrooms, kitchens and flooring at the center of our work, and we serve homeowners across Pasco, Pinellas, Hernando and Hillsborough counties.
How we work
Most of our business comes from referrals by satisfied customers. We keep it that way by doing three things on every job: arriving on time for the estimate, giving a written quote that stays firm through completion, and handling the drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical ourselves so the homeowner deals with one contractor.
When you book a free estimate, we arrive at the time we agreed on.
The written quote you receive holds through the completion of your project.
Tile, drywall, carpentry, painting, plumbing and electrical are all part of the job, so you deal with one licensed contractor.
Licensed and local
Ruko's General Contracting, Inc. holds Florida general contractor license CGC 1515127. Pasco County is home, and we have been remodeling homes here for more than 25 years.

Read all reviews on GoogleWe have hired Ruko's several times, most recently for our primary bedroom and bathroom remodel. I cannot recommend them enough. They are a 10 star company!! Every day there were 3 to 5 people here working a full day. All the guys were great to work with and Kley, the supervisor, is amazing....
Highly recommend!!! Rukos did my whole house remodel in fall 2023 (full kitchen w/ wall removal & new lighting, bathroom w/tub to shower conversion, half bath, all floors w/ stairs, baseboards, painting, electrical)....
Kley and his team of experts did a fantastic job converting my 40 yr old shower into a work of art. A talented team with a strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail.
We've used Ruko's 3 times now and they deliver every time. When we first bought our house, they replaced the laminate floors with tile and installed new baseboards, and did a great job....
We have used Ruko's on two separate projects. They tore out an old master bathroom shower and replaced it with porcelain tile. It turned out beautifully. They also helped us with adding a accent wall with an aged oak laminate to add character to our home. All of these gentlemen are absolute master craftsmen.
I had the pleasure of recently using Ruko's to re floor my whole home after being impacted with flooding from Hurricane Milton last year. To say they were prompt, professional and did amazing work would be an understatement!...
I wish I could give more than five stars for this company! Kley and his team went above and beyond all of my expectations. Their work is impeccable, and they are professional and kind and friendly as well....
I cannot recommend Ruko Construction enough! They recently refreshed two of my 1948 bathrooms, including plumbing and electrical updates and new ceramic floors....
I can't say enough good things about Ruko's General Contracting! After Hurricane damage left my home needing a full remodel, I was feeling overwhelmed. But Ruko's team made the whole process seamless, from start to finish....
Ruko's General Construction completely transformed my home! The walk-in closets are now beautifully designed, functional, and feel like something out of a luxury magazine. The bathroom renovations were just as impressive with exceptional attention to detail....
Great experience dealing with Rukos. They tore out old shower and put in a new one, and did my kitchen backsplash. Their prices were fair, the workers were clean and professional. They always showed up on time and they did a fabulous job....
